what's a $400 haircut got to do with it?

in politics men are constantly being thrown down because of amorous pursuits, but in real life it seems to me that young women bear the brunt of romance, and maybe i am just too subjective to see the forest. i know that in my teens and 20s my sole focus was on males. how to get one. meanwhile all the males i pursued were busy living life, building a life, going to school, getting careers, making money, establishing their lives for themselves, getting comfortable in the world (of men?) yes young men had raging testosterone, just as hormonal as young women, but because their eyes were on their own prize, girls could be consumed, enjoyed, but they were not the main course in life, just baubles and trifles along the way. but some young women see men as the prize, focus only on winning one, and fail to further their own interests, skills, talents, and beauties, giving over their best years to the men who may little notice them, so busy are they on their race to wrest lives from an oft difficult environment called capitalism. thats my view from the catbird seat.
